A Safe Space for Healing and Growth

Hi, I’m Dr. Norma Reyes — a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S) dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space for adults to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I am deeply passionate about helping high-achieving women, working moms, and first-generation professionals navigate anxiety, generational patterns, family dynamics, and life transitions with compassion and absolute clarity.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I am honored to serve people of color and diverse communities with deep respect and cultural humility. Whether you are looking for trusted in-person therapy near Schertz and Cibolo, Texas, or convenient online counseling anywhere across the state, I am here to help you move out of survival mode and into your full potential.

My Integrated Approach:

  • Advanced Clinical Frameworks: I draw from a robust background in Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based practices.

  • Holistic & Intuitive Integration: For clients looking for a deeper connection to meaning and inner wisdom, I intentionally weave in nontraditional and esoteric practices to support deep, soul-level healing.

  • Academic Foundation: I hold a Doctorate in Adult, Professional, & Community Education from Texas State University and a Master’s in Counseling from Texas A&M University–San Antonio.

Whether you’re moving through a major life shift, redefining success on your own terms, or working to break long-standing family cycles, I am here to support your path toward sustainable balance and self-empowerment.

Integrative & Intuitive Tools

In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I also honor the value of more intuitive and esoteric practices like moon cycles, astrology, and energetic awareness. These tools can offer meaningful insights and grounding rituals — especially during times of transition, uncertainty, or personal reflection.

If it aligns with your beliefs and interests, I’m happy to integrate these elements into our work together in a way that feels safe, empowering, and supportive.

Here are a few ways we might incorporate them:

  • Moon cycles for emotional awareness & reflection:
We might explore how the full or new moon brings up patterns or feelings for you — and use that awareness to support intention-setting or release.

  • Astrology as a lens for self-understanding:
Your birth chart can offer language around your emotional needs, life themes, and how you process relationships or change. We can use it as a map for self-reflection, not a rulebook.

  • Energetic check-ins or ritual grounding:
If you're feeling energetically "off," we can include grounding practices, guided visualizations, or intentional rituals (like journaling or card pulls) to help you reset.

  • Working with seasons or cycles:
We may explore how you're affected by seasonal changes or energetic shifts (like eclipses or retrogrades), and how to align your self-care with your natural rhythms.

A Note on Integration

I only include these practices when they align with your personal values and comfort level. They're never required — simply an invitation, offered with curiosity and care.
